Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Once you cancel:

  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of the current billing period.

2. No Refund Policy

Genie-rator operates on a strict no-refund policy for all subscription payments. Once a payment has been made, it is non-refundable, regardless of whether the service was utilized during the billing period.

We recommend trying our Free Tier or contacting support if you have specific questions about the service before upgrading to a paid plan.

3. Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of Genie-rator in the following circumstances:

  • If there was a technical error attributable to our platform that resulted in a duplicate charge.
  • If the service was unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 hours continuously) due to our server downtime.
